Art education opens the way to art with all the senses for children, young people and adults and encourages a diverse dialogue with works of art. In doing so, the perceptual ability of the individual is promoted and spiritual, emotional and creative experiences are made possible. One's own creative exploration as well as design activities are at the heart of the mediation and make the encounter with art a personal experience. In the examination of art on different levels, in different contexts and in cooperation with partners from different disciplines and social strata, the scope of action of art education is constantly expanding.
Time and again, new forms of cooperation and education are established – also in public spaces outside the museum. The museum regularly presents projects of its own to the public, making the results of its work accessible to the broader community, and thereby challenging observers to take a closer look and make comparisons.
Are you interested in collaborating with the art education department? We look forward to hearing from you and establishing new co-operations. The content and schedule can be customised in advance depending on the target group, needs and expectations.
