



Zug Art Society
The Zug Art Society was founded in 1957 and is responsible for the operation of the Kunsthaus Zug. The Zug Art Society determines the program, manages the staff and owns the art collection, which it looks after and continually adds to. The society is financed by public subsidies (service agreements) as well as by members, patrons, foundations and sponsors.

As a member you support the exhibition activities and help to expand the collection of the Kunsthaus Zug. Foundation of the Friends of Kunsthaus Zug
The Friends of the Kunsthaus Zug Foundation was founded in 1981 and is the owner of the “Hof im Dorf” property, a 16th-century complex on the edge of Zug's old town. It is responsible for the maintenance of the building, which it rents to the Zug Art Society for a symbolic sum. The foundation is financed by public subsidies ( service agreements), contributions from members and patrons, and rental income from an apartment. The Friends of the Foundation are also members of the Zug Art Society
