The work “How Slow to Go” explores different layers of time and their polyphony, which is known as polychronism. The stones move at different speeds and according to different rules and have been weathered to different degrees. How fast is “slow”? This work makes visible different speeds and our ability to perceive them. Kübler says: “I was interested in the question as to when a movement can still just about be perceived by the naked eye”.
