Art at Lunchtime
What role does the dance of death (Totentanz) play in the work of Max von Moos, and how does it give rise to his haunting procession of the dead, in which repetition, ritual and rigidity become an image of existential confrontation? Taking this key work as our starting point, we explore the themes of procession and confrontation in a 30-minute lunchtime session, in dialogue with the group.
